Our Factory
Our machining factory was founded in Beijing in 2014 by a team who were born in the 80s and 90s and now locates in Tianjin Airport Free Trade Zone. We take "well-known enterprise in precision parts mass manufacturing" as the company's development goal, and are a well-known enterprise in the supply chain of terminal products. With the developing of the company, the profitability has continued to improve, the scale of industry customers is growing rapidly, and a number of industry leading enterprise customers have been accumulated.

At present, our company has four types of production lines, and another production line is under planning.
① slitting production line: The main equipment is Swiss slitting CNC lathe (high configuration version). With deep hole machining and turn milling one sequence forming ability. So far there are 15 sets.
② Turning and milling production line: the main equipment is the German SPINNER and Japan double spindle double cutter tower CNC turning center, up to now there are 3 sets.
③ Multiple spindle cutter line: The main equipment is CNC machine tool with automatic manipulator. For high precision precision machining of short wood parts. So far there are 12.
④ Automatic grinding machine line: the main equipment is CNC center-less grinding machine and cylindrical grinding machine with automatic manipulator. For ultra-fine machining of high precision parts.
